Headache, shoulder pain, stomach pain… some pain can’t be tolerated, it may be a fatal signal

Acute headache

According to statistics, there are more than 300 million chronic headache patients in China. Headaches not only affect normal life, but acute headaches may be a precursor to diseases. Don’t ignore them!

  • Hemorrhage

Common headaches can sometimes be signs of cerebral hemorrhage. Once cerebral hemorrhage occurs, it is very dangerous. The mortality rate of acute cerebral hemorrhage is as high as 50%, and the recurrence rate is high. Once relapsed, nearly 75% of people are facing death!

Headache characteristics: This type of headache is sudden, severe and persistent, accompanied by vomiting, blurred vision, loss of consciousness, and symptoms of hemiplegia.

  • Intracranial aneurysm

An intracranial aneurysm is often referred to by doctors as “an untimely bomb buried in the brain.”

Aneurysms are connected to blood vessels and are easily affected by blood pressure, causing intracranial hemorrhage. The mortality rate of the first hemorrhage of cerebral aneurysms can reach 30%, and if the surviving patients are not treated promptly, a second bleeding will occur soon, and the mortality rate will be as high as 70%-80%!

If cerebral aneurysms are associated with diseases such as arteriosclerosis and hypertension, multiple aneurysms are more common and the rate of rupture is higher.

Headache characteristics : The headache of intracranial aneurysm rupture is like a sputum or knife cut; the pain is located near the forehead and temple, or the entire head; often accompanied by neck stiffness, blurred vision, fear of light, confusion symptom.

Most of these headaches occur after strenuous exercise or defecation.

Acute chest pain

Chest pain may be intercostal neuralgia, muscle pain and skin pain, which are relatively unnecessary to be too tight; if it is caused by organs or blood vessels, it needs to be highly valued!

  • Acute myocardial infarction

The incidence of myocardial infarction has risen sharply in the past decade, with an annual incidence of about 500,000, of which nearly 7% died before or during hospitalization.

Chest pain characteristics : the anterior region and the anterior chest are crush-like pain, while the left upper limb, neck and lower jaw have a feeling of soreness; and may be accompanied by symptoms of difficulty breathing, syncope, nausea, and fatigue.

  • Pulmonary embolism

After pulmonary embolism, localized atelectasis, pulmonary congestion, hemoptysis, and adjacent pleural inflammation can occur, leading to impaired chest pain.

Because of its no typical symptoms, pulmonary embolism is easily overlooked and easily misdiagnosed. The risk is extremely high! The mortality rate is 30% after early onset, and 10% of patients will die within 1 hour.

Characteristics of chest pain : dull pain accompanied by difficulty breathing, limb weakness, hemoptysis.

Pulmonary embolism is closely related to venous thrombosis of the lower extremities, so special attention should be paid when there is swelling of the lower extremities.

  • Aortic dissection

Aortic dissection is mainly due to hypertension atherosclerosis. When the intima of the human aorta becomes brittle, it is easy to cause aortic dissection. After the blood enters the dissection, the blood vessel strength decreases and is easily broken.

In severe cases, the dissection may even involve the main blood vessels such as the coronary artery, the common carotid artery, and the renal artery, causing dysfunction of the corresponding organs of these blood vessels, causing serious complications and even death.

Chest pain characteristics : sudden chest pain , chest and back tear pain, not only the pain index is high, unbearable, and usually sustained.

If the pain disappears after repeated disappearance, you need to be alert to the risk of rupture of the aortic dissection. Seek medical attention immediately!

Acute abdominal pain

Many people should have experienced stomach pains, but have you ever thought that the back of your stomach may be a fatal disease?

  • Gallbladder problem

With the improvement of people’s living standards, high intake of high saturated fat and high cholesterol, over-nutrition, gallbladder problems are becoming more and more prominent. Among them, about 90% of people have gallstones.

If the age is more than 60 years old, gallstones are larger than 2.5 cm, and are obese, the risk of carcinogenesis is high.

Abdominal pain caused by gallstones is divided into chronic and acute.

Chronic gallstone pain is concentrated in the upper abdomen, not intense, and is often expressed as a feeling of fullness and discomfort in the upper abdomen after a meal.

Acute gallstone pain is concentrated in the right upper abdomen, which is the lower edge of the rib on the right breast. The pain is severe pain in the knife cut, accompanied by severe nausea and vomiting, elevated body temperature, and greasy food.

  • Stomach ulcer

There are three main reasons for stomach ulcers: one is that the long-term diet is irregular, loves spicy, greasy food, and the gastric mucosa is damaged;

The second is caused by Helicobacter pylori infection;

The third is to take some anti-inflammatory drugs, adrenocortical hormone drugs, so that the tiny blood vessels in the stomach wall contract, the blood supply to the gastric mucosa is insufficient, thus inducing ulcers.

Pain characteristics : After an hour or so after eating a full stomach pain, like burning, some people are even a little disgusting and acid.

Acute abdominal pain may also be appendicitis, ectopic pregnancy, etc., such as acute abdominal pain, need to go to the hospital for treatment.

Finally, remind everyone that when there is inexplicable pain in the body, don’t think about being able to endure it, and seek medical treatment in time to avoid the “minefield”.
